At Emerica, we stand by the quality of our skate gear and apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of the delivery date provided they are in original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your reason for return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system to ensure tracked delivery.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, including all tags and stickers, and securely tape the prepaid label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
